Member Registration

To ensure Network effectiveness, members are encouraged to attend general events, participate on the working committees, and contribute to Network initiatives. A spirit of cooperation, collaboration, and professionalism is essential for the Network to operate effectively.

For your convenience MOTN provides two options for member registration. You can submit your member registration online, you can use our printable/downloadable mail-in registration.

Currently our fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30. Member applications submitted today will be valid through June 30, 2018.

Please upload a copy of your company logo (accepted files extensions are .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .pdf). Maximum file upload size is 8M. If you do not have your company logo available for this registration, you can email it to info@motn.org later.
