The 2015 MOTN election has been tallied.  Congratulations to those new members of our board of directors; thanks for your willingness to step forward and serve. To those who are not returning to MOTN’s board in 2015, thank you for your service and dedication to our organization. To our returning board members and officers, thanks for not only for all of your past service and efforts, but more importantly for your continued belief in MOTN and its goals.  A special shout-out to Mike Mathewson, who worked hard to make the election a workable reality, and welcome aboard to Morgan McCarthy, MOTN’s new Program Chair.

Watch your e-mail and MOTN’s re-vamped web-site [www.MOTN.org] for my report on MOTN’s 2014 accomplishments and plans for 2015.

MOTN’s first 2015 board meeting will be Tuesday, February 24 at 5 p.m.  We’ll announce the meeting location as soon as the snow finally stops, folks are back in their offices and it can be confirmed.  As always, any MOTN member is welcome to attend our board meetings/conference calls.

Again, thanks to all those who stood for election.  I am personally grateful to each and every one of you.

As the gray hull folks say, for 2015 we’re now “under way, making way, under command.  Rudder midships ahead full.”

 –Harlan Doliner, MOTN President
