Glosten Acquires Noise Control Engineering, LLC

September 2, 2015 By MOTN

GlostenGlostenNoise Control Engineering LLC (NCE) is very pleased to announce that we have become a wholly owned subsidiary of Glosten, Inc. a Seattle-based naval architecture and marine engineering firm (www.glosten.com). This partnership will generate significant benefits for both companies and will provide value to our customers. Glosten’s strength in vessel design and engineering, coupled with NCE’s expertise in shipboard noise and vibration control, will allow this joint company to offer an expanded scope of services.

NCE will continue to operate out of our Billerica, MA and Mobile, AL offices. Going forward, we will be retaining our corporate name and staff. There will be no disruption to current projects or changes in staff at either firm. NCE will continue to provide the same outstanding service and attention that you, our customers, have come to know and expect.

If you have any questions regarding this acquisition or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact Jeff Komrower or Michael Bahtiarian at (978) 670-5339 or email Jeff at jeff.komrower@noise-control.com. We would welcome the opportunity to help you fully understand how this acquisition will enhance the services we have provided for over the past 25 years.

NCE very much appreciates the relationship we have had with our clients and we look forward to continuing to help our clients meet their business objectives.

Yours very truly,

Raymond Fischer

President
