There is an opportunity to create a unique “BlueTech” center on the waterfront in North Plymouth, MA that is accessible by commuter rail from South Station in Boston and roughly equi-distant from the 500+ marine technology companies and academic institutions that have been identified in southeastern New England and comprise our survey population.
We are hoping for your response to this survey by Tuesday, February 19th to assess the specific needs we should plan to meet and to better understand the economic viability of such a center, identify likely users, and to discover those facilities and resources that the community would most like to see located here. You will find more about the proposed collaborative workspace, test-site, and business development center here (https://blueincubator.com).
Find out more about Plymouth, Massachusetts and the adjacent Cordage Commerce Park (https://www.cordagecc.com) that became home to RiptideAS.com one year ago after moving from their initial landlocked home. Riptide is the “poster child” for the first of many such “blue tech” firms that we envision will ultimately evolve at this site and/or make use of our unique combination of location and both on-shore and off-shore facilities and resources.
