Molchan Marine Sciences is a multi-disciplinary small business enterprise supporting the development and execution of projects in Ship and Port Security, Marine Transportation Safety, Diving and Underwater Operations, as well as Marine Education.

MMS is veteran-owned and a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE). Strengths in leadership and technical innovation involving maritime operations analysis and concepts development have served clients for a decade.  These capabilities have enabled MMS to form collaborative and strategic partnerships to meet and exceed clients’ expectations. The foundation of the company is based on a wealth of waterfront experience, including: Ship’s Deck Officer, U. S. Navy Diving Officer, Operations Research Analyst, Oceanographer and Anti-Terrorism-Force Protection Officer. MMS clients include national and international private, public and government entities. Today MMS runs ongoing projects supporting technical and training aspects of port and ship safety and security, technology transfer of Augmented Reality with the mine countermeasures community and underwater operations.

Marianne Molchan, President MMS, has been a requested speaker at several international conferences on the subjects of anti-terrorism, maritime safety and security.
