The online End User Training for FarSounder’s Argos Systems has been released. It is the second in a series of trainings being released by FarSounder this year. The curriculum covers the technology, system operations, interpretation of the sonar data, and system maintenance. This training is free to all who are interested and recommended for all bridge crew and operators.FarSounder End User Training
FarSounder has been looking for creative ways to educate their users. This new online format mitigates the challenges posed by crews’ demanding schedules. Generally, it can be difficult for crew to attend live video conference training. This online platform is a great way to reach crew on their timeline.
“Our team has put a lot of time and thought about our customer’s needs into this training. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The early feedback we are receiving has been very positive,” said Cheryl M. Zimmerman, CEO of FarSounder.
With their users located around the world and often on the move from port to port, it can prove challenging to connect. This digital format opens learning about Argos systems to anyone, located anywhere in the world, and at any time of day.
